What is important is you someone that can help them.

The old school ways of Network Marketing are to chase after family and friends, hold 1 – 1 meetings, hand out flyers, well for those of you that have done this you may not have got the results you were expecting, right. Now working through a warm market list can work for some people but for most of us it dose not.

So in part 1 we talked about why people run out of money how something could be done to stop this from happening. As you know we have all been told that the money we make from our retail can be used to invest back into the new business venture. Well why would you want to use the money you have just worked so hard for to put back into your business.

At the end of the last post I mentioned a Funded Proposal System. Now you may be wondering what it is and how do they work. Well they are very simple. As network marketers we can offer people a solution to there problems. If you do this business the traditional way you will have made your list and gone out and pestered your family and friends and may have not gotten very far.

You run out of people to talk to about your opportunity, you spent a load of money on leads and advertising and still no much to show for it. The reason is actually very simple; by offering your opportunity you are in fact offering another problem. How do you expect someone to do a business without having a clue how to do it?  

By going in all guns blazing with your opportunity is going to be a disaster. But by offering them a solution to a problem they will see you as a leader. This is where the system comes into play.

A Funded Proposal System is a low cost front end product. It can be a book, an ebook, anything as long as it adds value to that person. By low cost I mean £15 - £30, and forget all about your main opportunity at that time.

So who do you offer this to, well other network marketers who have had the same problems as you in there business. By offering them a solution to the problems they face they will be more receptive to you. Suddenly you are someone that can help and not give like everyone else, trying to get them to join there business. I mean why would they join your business when they are having problems with there own?

Now most systems pay out a commission to there affiliates which can anything up to around 50% of the course. Now if we take 50% of £15 that’s £7.50 in your pocket just to prospect. That money can then be used to put back into your business, also you have a great lead who is already involved with network marketing, so knows the system. Also it allows you to advertise for FREE.

So the money you get from your information product pays for your advertising, which gives you endless FREE leads, which in turn gives you endless business growth. It dose not matter if that person never joins your primary business, as now you have made a new contact who you can share ideas with and network with and best of all you will meet others through that one person.

Do you ever really stop and think why someone you sponsored a few months ago suddenly quits. One reason could be that they just didn’t have the drive to achieve there dreams. Maybe it’s just easier for them to find a job and the road to success is to difficult so they just give up.

There is another reason why some people quit. Now this is not everyone as we all know most give up because they simple can not be bothered. But this small group of people I’m talking about give up because they simple run out of money. Now I truly believe that this is a very poor excuse but non the less it happens. I mean if you are that determined, that focused surely you find a way to generate money to keep you going until you start seeing the fruits of your labour.

Most people have been told that they need to use the small profits they make in there early days to invest back into there business. They are told to go out and buy leads (please do not do this)! Or buy expensive advertising, make up flyers and post them through people letter boxes or stick them on cars.

The results they get are very poor; I know I use to do this. I can tell you that for every 100 houses that I put a leaflet through 1 person would hit my website, just to look around. Out of that 1 in 1000 households would request some information. Now working on the fact that 1 in 10 that request information will sign up I had to do 10,000 houses before I would get a sign up. Now bearing in mind that 90% of people give up, I needed to 100,000 houses to get a success. Great!

Fortunately there is another way. A way that uses true marketing and targets the people you want to have in your business. No more post flyers, holding home parties or paying for expensive advertising.

Now who are the best people to work with in your business? Well people who are or have been involved with MLM. Let me explain. If you opened a restaurant, who would you want working in the kitchen, your best friend because they are interested in earn an extra income or a qualified chef who knows exactly what they are doing. I know who I’d want.

You may now be thinking if they are already involved with MLM why would they want to join my business? Well to be honest they don’t, why because they want to know what you can do to help solve one of there problems. Now this is great because it’s more than likely at some point in the past or even now you have been struggling with the same problems as they are.

To be honest they don’t give a monkey’s about your business, or how wonderful your market plan is or that you have the best vitamins out there. Why? because they want there own business to take off. So what can you do to help them. Simple offer them a solution to there problem. Now that may be recruitment, or business building whatever just offer them a solution. 

By offering them a solution to a problem they will then see you in a different light. You’re not someone who only cares about getting them to join your business but someone who cares about them. To many times people jump in and start going on about there opportunity without find out anything about the person they are talking to.  God gave you two ears and one month so please use them in those proportions.

OK so how do you offer a solution to some of the problems other networkers face. Well it’s called a Funded Proposal System and I’m going to tell how they work very soon. What I will tell you is that even if they don’t join your business you still get paid!

Some of the prospects that I talk claim that you can’t make any money from MLM due to the nature of selling products to customers during the credit crunch. They claim that everyone is tightening there belts and saving money so why would they buy product from us when the can get them in the supermarkets for a fraction of the cost.

Now I have been thinking about this and I’ve always know this to be a complete load of rubbish. Firstly the people that have said this have a poverty mindset, which neither I or you can do anything about and nor should we  waste our time doing so.

Secondly do you actually save money by buying your products from a supermarket? Well no, it cost you more money to shop at the supermarket. And I’m not just talking about supermarkets, but energy bills, holidays just about anything you can think of.

Today there are MLM company’s springing up all the time. I bet most peoples inboxes are full of emails about the next big thing. There are companies for holidays, household bills, household products even the national lottery.

Now all these companies have one thing in common, they are all based on recommendation. You recommend your product to your family and friends they buy from you and you earn money. If they join your business you earn a percentage on anything they sell to there family and friend and it goes on spreading out like a network.

One of the great things about MLM is that you don’t have to do any sales. No really you don’t. We are not sales people we are people who build relationships with other. We teach guide and help others to achieve there goals. It’s by helping other get what they want you will inevitably achieve what you want.

So how can you make money without actually selling any of your products? Also how can you get all of your products FREE every month. Well it’s simple, just show people that by changing the way they do there shopping they can get FREE products and maybe make some money into the bargain.

Let’s take all of your household goods like wash up liquids, and other washing soaps. Do you know anyone that brushes there teeth, washes there hair, use deodorant, how about using vitamin supplements and sports drinks. What about cosmetic and skincare. Every one of us knows lots of people who use these products, right.

And this is not just for the things I mentioned above, everyone use gas, electricity, phones, internet, holidays, cars, you get the picture. Pretty much everything that is used by you there is a MLM company that sells it.

As an example of how to make money lets use the everyday products such as shampoo and toothpaste and general household products. Now the average family in the UK would spend between £80 and £120 per month on all of these products. If we take the average that would be £100 each month, for each family. If you bought this at your local supermarket you may have a loyalty card which pays back 1%. Wow that works out at £1. That’s right, every month you get £1 back from the supermarket. This means that you have to wait 100 months or 8 ¼ years just to get a FREE months worth of product.

What if there was a better way. If you changed the way you shop and bought all your products from an MLM company and found just 5 of your friends and they did the same, well you would have a business that is turning over £600 per month.

To increase this work with your friends so they find 5 people each which makes 25 people in your downline. Now if those 25 people find 5 people your team has gone for 30 to 155. What if the 125 people find just 5 people, well now you hitting the big time because that other 625 people plus your 155 gives you a team of 780.

That 780 people all spending £100 per month on products that they use anyway, so your business is turning over £78000 per month. Now the company that I am with pays out between 2% and 18% so if we take the middle number just to explain, you would get a pay out of 10% on the £78000 every month. Which means your bank account is £7800 better off each month or £93600 per year.

Now this is slightly better than your average supermarket wouldn’t you agree? But lets just say that even if 75% of those people never bought another product again you would still be get paid £1950 per month. Now since you are only buy £100 of product per month those are FREE and you pocket £1850 every month. Pretty good for doing what you, your family and friends do every day of your lives, recommending products.

What could you do with that kind of money, pay off the mortgage, holidays and new car anything you want. Sure beats getting back £1 every month. This is only an example but you can see that by simple changing what you are doing now will have a major impact of your family’s life.

Ok so let’s look again, who sold products in this system? Well nobody did, all you are doing is changing your shopping habits and showing others how to do the same.

If you are in MLM and using this system with your downlines you will know how powerful this can be. If you’re not in MLM and are looking to beat the credit crunch find a company and a mentor who will work this system with you. Find someone who will lead you and help you achieve your dreams.

I’m not looking to save people but I will always help people who are serious about making a better future for themselves and there families. The world around us is changing, changing very fast. We are moving into one of the most exciting times in our history. No longer will anyone have to be a slave to the boss, the bank manager or the mortgage company.

Today I was sat in the barbers when I noticed that one of the newspapers was looking up at me. The headline was “Energy Price Increase Again”

So I picked it up and read the first 2 or 3 lines and put it back down again.

It was the same thing that is written in every newspaper around the world for the last 12 months at the moment.

I don’t really give a damn about the higher cost of living these days and neither should you. It is something that is happening to everyone one at the moment.

We are business people and are always thinking of ways to solve problems, not whinge and whine about them.

That is what the poor do, they have a poverty mindset and as such will stay poor for the rest of there lives.

I’m really just starting out in this fantastic and exciting world of MLM and when I first heard about how your mind is the most powerful thing you have I thought what a load of a load rubbish.

How right was I, well thankfully I wasn’t, I saw the errors of my ways and when I stood back I was in that poverty mindset for years. Worrying about money and the cost of things.

Well now that I have changed my thinking and I think RICH well it stands to reason that will happen since I’ve had been thinking poor for so many years, I was poor.

Since I’ve changed my mindset I approach thing’s in a completely different way. I no long worry about things I can not control. I think and act on the things I can control

This really is a truly wonderful time to be alive. So many opportunities to take control of your live so that anyone with sheer determination and desire can achieve anything they want.

Yes the economy is going through a tough time but don’t worry about since there absolutely nothing anyone can do about it.

Embrace these changes and welcome them with both arms, it’s going to be a lot of fun!

Welcome to my blog, so today I’m just in the process of getting this up and running and shall be posting some things that I have be looking at on the net to do with MLM.

I have been away for a while over in South Carolina visitting family. What a fantastic place to go, friendly people , very hot sunshire and great atmosphere.
